 Charges to Buyer

  1. Recording Fees – Deed $10.00
  2. Owners/Lenders Title Insurance
  3. Escrow Account Balance of Mortgage being assumed
  4. Doc. Stamps – 35¢ per $100.00 of mortgage being assumed
  5. Prepaid Homeowners Insurance and/or
        Prepaid Flood Insurance (if applicable)
  6. Transfer Fee as stipulated in mortgage
  7. Interest that may be required in assumed loan.
